1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or onboarding your commercial property on hotel.zyeontech.com ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Zyeontech and you (the "User" or "Hotel Partner"). If you do not agree to these structural metrics, please discontinue using our system immediately.

2. Partner Registration & KYC Verification

To activate a Merchant Panel on our dynamic lead generator, Hotel Partners must provide authenticated corporate records.

All onboarding profiles undergo real-time PAN and GSTIN background routing verification.
Submitting invalid, forged, or third-party documents will result in immediate system ban and frozen balances.

3. Wallet Infrastructure & Lead Credits

The platform utilizes a customized prepaid wallet ecosystem to distribute booking leads:

Non-Withdrawal Rule: Any funds loaded into your Zyeontech Partner Wallet are strictly converted into lead purchasing credits. Loaded fiat amounts are non-refundable and cannot be settled back to your bank accounts under standard conditions.

Lead prices can fluctuate based on real-time seasonality algorithms and geographical inquiry volume metrics.

4. Content Governance & S3 Asset Management

When you upload banner images, property blueprints, or room inventory media assets via FilePond, you retain ownership but grant Zyeontech a non-exclusive, global license to host and parse these assets via our cloud systems (**AWS S3 Storage Layer**).

Security Compliance: Any attempt to inject malicious scripts, unauthorized file extensions, or execute cross-origin CORS exploits will lead to programmatic terminal termination of your access keys.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zyeontech functions solely as a matchmaking information matrix connecting prospective guests with commercial hotels. We do not guarantee lead conversion success ratios, nor are we liable for any structural defaults, cancellations, financial damages, or behavioral arguments between the hotel management and final guests.
