1. Nature of Aggregator Service

The information contained on hotel.zyeontech.com ("Platform") is for general informational and lead routing purposes only. Zyeontech is a digital technology facilitator operating as a Lead Aggregator. We are not a registered hotel provider, real estate agency, or hospitality operational management firm. We do not own, lease, control, or operate any property profiles listed within our ecosystem.

2. Accuracy of Listings & Leads

While we implement background protocols (such as PAN verification modules) to maintain merchant data authenticity, all room configurations, structural features, price points, and availability data are provided directly by the respective Hotel Partners. Zyeontech makes no absolute warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or structural correctness of any inventory asset displayed on the portal.

3. Exclusion of Operational & Physical Liability

No Contract of Accommodation

Any operational contract, reservation parameters, payment transactions, or physical hospitality service execution exists solely between the end-customer and the respective Hotel Partner. Zyeontech, its parent entities, or developers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect physical injury, loss of property, asset damage, cancellation dispute, or billing fraud occurring at the merchant's physical premises.

4. Technical & Network Performance Disclaimer

Our system structure is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture framework. Zyeontech does not warrant that our servers, database clusters, file upload systems (**AWS S3 cloud setups**), or SMS lead routing nodes will run entirely uninterrupted or completely free from server downtime spikes or network disruptions.
